Breezy Point in Escanaba

Beutiful remodel! The restrooms are clean and beutiful, especially the Ladies. Best wood fired pizza I've ever had any where.

First time I ever been there wonderful people employees knowledgeable clean a new stone fireplace for pizzas great menu , bar food but hand-dipped mushroom appetizer... not the beer batter. but, crunchy flavorful crispy wonderfulness.....

Really like this place. Small, locally owned and run, for the better and the worse. Friendly locals, but that doesn't always mean great service-and here, it doesn't matter. They're nice and they're trying even if it gets a little bit too busy now and then for them to be able to keep up. I love the place!

Good food but no attention to customer

Went to try their margarita pizza. The pizza was fine. But they don't advertise that you can't get it until 5:00. We had to settle for our 3rd choice for an appetizer because they were out of the first two. The service was just ok.

The “Extreme Bloody Mary” is reason enough to make a stop. But the view from the back yard is stunning as well. If you don’t just want to sit back and waste some time looking at the water here, you aren’t ready to relax yet. The bar is cute enough from the road to pique my curiosity. But, I actually found this by searching for Bloody Marys in Escanaba during an UP adventure weekend spent exploring and couldn’t be happier we found this gem. Based on Google Maps, I’m guessing we are overlooking Green Bay and it’s simply gorgeous. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The extensive menu has something to please everyone, including vegetarian and gluten free options. And, don’t forget to get a Bloody Mary.

Pizza was great but we were a little disappointed in the beer selection as we like darker beers i.e. Widow maker or Escanaba black and they had neither.

This is one of those places that you hope never goes away! Its Just off M-35 and overlooks Lake Michigan. Its finished in wood, and has a history that you can feel from the second you walk into the door. The food is much better than you'd expect from a bar. Very good quality. Friendly servers, fair pricing.

Best fish I've had in a long time

Wood fired pizza and spinach artichoke dip was great, service was great. Was a very good experience will definitely be back.

Breezy's new firestove pizza is amazing and the beautiful view make for a nice summer evening.

The pizza is fabulous. The firewood oven made it. Cowboy hamburger was great tasting. Their BBQ sauce was really good. The best sweet potato fries I've had, little crunch and soft in the middle. Pretzel app was great, little pricy for the 3 sticks but tasted great. Beer cheese 😃 The veggie app was really, really good. Great tasting variety of broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, cheese sticks, onion rings, and fries. Could have put a few more onion rings in it. Over all it was amazing. Certainly going back again and again.

Great food, friendy service

We chose to eat at the Breezy Point Bar because most places were closed or closing soon and Breezy Point Bar was going to be open much later. Let me tell you how happy we are that we visited here. The staff was very friendly and engaging with us in conversation. The food was top quality and in my opinion under priced for the quality we received. We sat out on the screened in porch with a beautiful view of the lake. The music was not blaring loud and was enjoyable. Breezy Point Bar will definitely be our go to eatery when we return to Escanaba. 5 Stars.

We were there at 3:45, Today. we then left and came back at 4:00. At 4:05 the doors were still locked. We have enjoyed coming there, when up here.Disappointed when we were there yesterday also!Two girls on, and the one left around 3:30. Her attitude was awful!!! The girl left was waiting tables inside & out, bartending and was so busy that food sat when it came up. Not her fault! She was trying very hard...Your food is good but hopefully your service will get better and you will open on time!

We go to the Breeze every time we are in the area. Friendly staff and a very extensive menu of burgers. They do their best to cook the burger to your preference. They will error on the side of more done than rare, but that seems to be true of most restaurants.

Fantastic food. Had the cod dinner. Way more than I could eat, but I did my darndest to eat as much as I could. Looking forward to summer and sit outside and enjoy the view 😊

We were there at lunch. Delicious meal. I had the This Peanut Chicken wrap. Ask for extra Thai Peanut sauce. DELICIOUS!!! But rather pricey for a wrap and a slice of pickle. No chips or anything. Stopped later on and ordered 3 of the same wraps to go. VERY disappointed to see the evening wraps were 1/2 the size as the lunch wraps. It took both hands to hold the wrap at lunch time and the evening wraps I could hold it with 1 hand wrapped around the whole wrap. Remember they were expensive for a wrap and a pickle slice,. $10.99 each! I was upset. I called and spoke with mgr. Debbie. She handled the problem fast and proffisionally and issued a credit immediately. I was very pleased. We will go back when we are in the area again.

On the lake, Breezy has a nice menu, and management extends the extra touch if there is a problem. We brought a 8# dog with us, knowing we were going to dine outside. Management came in kind to be sure we knew laws and regulations. A good meal on the lake. Very accommodating.

When I first arrived here I was slightly unimpressed, after ordering our drinks it took quite a long time for them to come back to ask us what we wanted for our food. Although not having a sign, apparently if you are under 18 you are out of luck if you want to play pool. The food took a while and there were some drunken people. But the food is what brought the score up. I had steak tacos, and they were way better than I originally expected, cheese curds and fish we're also good here. As well as mini corndogs for kids. Although at first this place was deceiving, I would come back again, because the food is so good.
